1. What is the current customer base size, and what strategies are in place to grow it?

Answer: For now, I have 6 existing clients, and they have been my regular clients since day 1 until now. I think the first strategy is to build trust and a good relationship with my clients to create branding for my business in Terrace. secondly, it is to partner with local businesses in town, like a pet store that offers grooming and dog training services, for supplies, and expanding the services of my business.

2. Targeted areas for pet care services? Are there any direct competitors, and how do their services compare?

Answer: I have plenty of competitors in town, there are well-established companies, and there are independent ones like me. Our difference is that my service is cheaper than theirs, being transparent to all the clients is a huge impact as well, I don’t want to compete with them, and in fact, I just started this business. I like being stress-free in this line of business, I just want to turn my hobbies into a business where I can make money at the same time I am hanging out with the pets.
